4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. AMC Academy Tech may suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse or policy violations.

5. Certification Validity & Verification

Certificates issued by AMC Academy Tech are valid only when generated through our official systems. AMC may revoke or invalidate certificates in cases of:

• Academic dishonesty or exam misconduct.
• Misrepresentation of skills or credentials.
• Unauthorised modification or reproduction of certificates.
• Violation of these Terms or institutional policies.

Employers and institutions may verify certificates through AMC’s verification channels.

6. Academic Integrity

All learners must uphold professional and academic standards. Prohibited actions include:

• Sharing exam answers, assessment content, or restricted materials.
• Plagiarism or submitting work not completed by you.
• Using AMC credentials to imply qualifications not earned.
• Disruptive behaviour on the platform or during live sessions.

7. Engineering & Technical Liability Disclaimer

AMC Academy Tech provides training for educational purposes only. We do not assume liability for:

• Engineering decisions made by learners or third parties.
• Incorrect installation, configuration, or operation of equipment.
• Use of training content in real‑world maritime, RF, or SATCOM environments.
• Non‑compliance with OEM manuals, safety standards, or maritime regulations.

Learners must follow all applicable laws, OEM documentation, and industry standards when applying knowledge gained from AMC training.

8. Payments, Refunds & Billing

If you purchase a course, subscription, or corporate training service, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. Refunds, where applicable, are issued in accordance with AMC’s refund policy. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.

9. Content Updates & Version Control

AMC Academy Tech may update, modify, or retire course content, assessments, or certification requirements at any time. We are not obligated to maintain legacy versions of training materials.

10. Corporate & Enterprise Training

Organisations using AMC Academy Tech for staff training must ensure that all participants comply with these Terms. Corporate access may be governed by additional agreements or service contracts.
